Next Generation of the TruView™ Platform

CenTrak has enhanced its TruView™ platform with new wander management roaming alert features that allow staff to set virtual off-limit zones for individual residents without physical locks, while its emergency call system has earned UL 2560 certification, ensuring rigorous safety standards for senior living communities and promoting resident mobility, independence, and immediate medical access.

CenTrak has announced the expansion of TruView’s wander management capabilities, introducing unique roaming alert features. The platform’s emergency call system has also achieved UL 2560 certification, meeting rigorous safety standards required for senior living communities.

Wander management is a significant concern in senior care. The new roaming feature allows staff to create virtual restrictions for residents with unique needs, using a one-click custom roaming profile. This enables the designation of off-limit spaces for specific individuals without the need for costly doorway locking mechanisms. The system provides immediate notifications with reduced noise pollution and disruption, maintaining resident satisfaction and safety.

Deric Blattenberger, CenTrak’s General Manager of Senior Care, stated that the UL 2560 certification benefits residents by focusing on health and safety needs, helping them achieve greater mobility and independence while ensuring immediate access to medical attention.

CenTrak continues to expand its technology to address the evolving needs of the industry.
