As the Chief People Officer (CPO), Nancy is responsible for the strategy, leadership, and implementation of the experience for customers and team members. Nancy's career began in e-commerce, where she co-founded MotherNature.com, a successful start-up that sold natural products, supplements, and vitamins. She then transitioned to talent management and organizational performance, leading the people strategy at Nutrisystem as a key business partner to the CEO.
During her tenure at Nutrisystem, Nancy played a crucial role in the company's growth and success. She saw the direct-to-consumer e-commerce company through rapid success, sustaining trying economic markets, and positioned the team for positive growth.
Nancy holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, and a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior. She is a thought leader on topics related to talent management and organizational performance. She currently holds a board position on the Philadelphia Society of People and Strategy and is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC).
