CenTrak's Product Version Support Policy
Effective July 2025, CenTrak's On-Premises Software Version Support Policy mandates that customers use only the current Generally Available (GA) and a limited number of prior versions of key applications—such as Activate (asset tracking), Notifier Client (staff duress), Environmental Monitoring, Hand Hygiene, SSUI (infant protection/wander management), Connect Core (infrastructure), Connect Pulse (system health), and Elpas Omni (RTLS)—to receive full support including bug fixes, feature updates, security patches, and SLA-backed assistance, while older versions will receive only best-effort support without guaranteed resolution.
CenTrak On-Premises Software Version Support Policy

To support long-term success, CenTrak has established a formal On-Premises Software Version Support Policy. This ensures all customers and partners operate on secure, stable, and fully supported versions of CenTrak software.
Regular upgrades to the latest Generally Available (GA) versions are encouraged to maintain optimal performance, compatibility, and access to technical support.
Version Support Overview
For each on-premises software application, CenTrak will support only the current GA version and a limited number of prior versions. Older, unsupported versions will no longer receive:
- Bug fixes
- Feature updates
- Security patches
- SLA-backed support
Support for these versions will be best-effort only, with no guaranteed resolution or response time.

CenTrak is retiring select legacy software applications with clear transition timelines and upgrade paths:

Expectations for Partners
Partners deploying on-premises software on CenTrak’s behalf must ensure customers with active service agreements remain on supported software versions, in compliance with this policy.
CenTrak Firmware Version & Hardware Platform Support Policy

CenTrak has released a formal policy outlining firmware version support for its hardware platforms. This policy ensures customers and certified partners are aligned on which versions are actively supported and how to manage lifecycle transitions.
Policy Overview
- Supported Firmware: CenTrak will provide full support only for hardware running the current Generally Available (GA) firmware version.
- Upgrade Responsibility: For customers with an active Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA), CenTrak will assist in upgrading to the latest GA firmware version where applicable.
- Best-Effort Support: Older firmware versions not on the GA list may receive limited, best-effort support, but are not eligible for patches or SLA-backed resolutions.
Platform Status Definitions
- Active: Hardware is actively sold and fully supported.
- Maintenance: No longer sold, but supported under SMA (including RMA where applicable).
- Sunset: No longer supported and excluded from the firmware policy table.
CenTrak provides continuous communication around firmware updates and strongly recommends proactive upgrade planning.
