CenTrak Supports the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation
In 2019, CenTrak's CenTrak Cares™ program dedicated its charitable efforts to supporting the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF) in honor of a CenTrak employee diagnosed with multiple myeloma, aiming to accelerate treatment development and a cure for this incurable blood cancer.
In 2017, CenTrak created the CenTrak Cares™ program dedicated to improving the quality of patient care in the communities we serve. Our charitable project, Locating a Cure for Cancer, has focused on a single Cancer Care organization each year, as well as provided special pricing for select cancer care construction projects.
Last year, a devoted CenTraker was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma, the second most common and an incurable blood cancer. In show of support for him and his family, the 2019 CenTrak Cares campaign focuses on the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF). The mission of the MMRF is to accelerate the development of next-generation treatments that extend the lives of patients and to relentlessly pursue a cure.
The MMRF has helped to bring ten new drugs to market and launch over 80 new clinical trials for patients with multiple myeloma. We wish our beloved colleague and friend a continued recovery. His determination and strength has been an inspiration to us all.
