CenTrak has launched WorkflowRT, a scalable, cloud-based platform designed to automate workflow and communications in healthcare settings. This platform aims to reduce the burden of manual documentation throughout each phase of clinical care. With built-in reporting, teams can monitor key patient flow metrics to identify anomalies or bottlenecks.   • Patient Status: A pre-configured HDMI stick can turn any monitor into a display screen showing estimated wait times and patient status boards.
  • Family Text Messaging: Automatic text messaging keeps family members updated on patient status and care progression without manual input.
  • Staff Views: Staff can view the status and location of all patients, with automatic alerts for bottlenecks and extended wait times.

WorkflowRT is designed for use in a variety of healthcare settings, from single departments to enterprise-wide deployments.
