CenTrak and Sonitor Litigation Settlement
CenTrak, Inc. and Sonitor Technologies, Inc. have confidentially settled all patent infringement claims and litigation disputes pending in the U.S. District Court for Delaware, allowing both companies—leaders in healthcare IoT locating and ultrasound-based real-time location systems respectively—to continue offering their products without legal encumbrances.
September 28, 2021 — CenTrak, Inc. and Sonitor Technologies, Inc. announced today that they have settled all claims between them in their litigation pending in the United State District Court for the District of Delaware. The terms of the settlement are confidential, but the parties report that their agreement frees each company’s products from claims of patent infringement and resolves all disputes between them.
