Andrew Robinson, President and CEO of CenTrak, leverages his extensive leadership experience in IoT and diversity initiatives, along with advanced degrees from Harvard, Purdue, and Stanford, to drive strategic growth, foster inclusive high-performance teams, and deliver innovative technology solutions.
Andrew possesses a people-first mindset and is responsible for setting the strategic direction of CenTrak, in collaboration with the Board, building a high-performance culture, identifying innovation opportunities, and evolving the business strategy to accelerate growth. Andrew's success is built upon cultivating diverse and inclusive teams that foster a psychologically safe environment, encouraging each member to embrace the power of possibility and tackle seemingly impossible challenges. The result of this is empowered and enabled teams able to unlock their full potential, serve customers effectively, and deliver groundbreaking innovations with real-world impact.
Throughout his career, Robinson has led teams who combine hardware and software to deliver innovative IoT solutions. He serves as a board member for Hypertherm Associates, and most recently led global diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives for Fortive, a Fortune 500 company, as Vice President of Inclusion & Diversity. Robinson has also served as General Manager, Vice President of Forecourt and EV Systems for Gilbarco Veeder-Root; President of Veeder-Root, a Fortive Corporation; and President of X-Ray Optical Systems, Inc., a Danaher Corporation.
Andrew earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. He is also a graduate of Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
